Glossophobia is the fear of public speaking. If you have fear of Public Speaking you are not alone. It is actually the number one fear that people have. This means for most people if they are at a funeral, they would rather be in the casket than be the one giving a eulogy. On the other hand, people who succeed in life are people who are good at expressing their ideas verbally. People who climb the corporate ladder fast, are those who can communicate well.

A combined effect of teaching, visual aids (videos and professionally-designed PowerPoint), discussions with participants, role-playing and hands-on activities.
We structure the training programs for extensive participant involvement by encouraging live coaching with recordings for personal review and application of lessons taught. Handouts are provided as aids for note taking and to give participants concrete steps to take home from the training.
The presenter interacts with the audience through activities and exercises, providing opportunity for group discussions where appropriate and we provide time for questions.
Non Speakers – I just can’t speak in front of an audience. The moment I stand all my ideas vanish into thin air leaving no traces. Why not learn to do things correctly right from the start and avoid groping in the dark for years until you discover the right way without wasting many years in the process?
Aspiring Speakers – I know how liberating it is to travel around the world sharing the message of hope, drawing from my life experiences, empowering and encouraging others to pursue their dreams and making a decent living in the process. You are the reason why I’m doing this. Alone I can’t do it and need people who have a desire and a passion to impact the world
Occasional Speakers – I can speak but I cannot call myself a pro. Here and there I stumble with my delivery. Why not learn to do things correctly and excel to join the pros?
Managers – I always communicate with my subordinates and occasionally address managers in our management meetings. In doing so, I sometimes fail to organize my thoughts in a sequence that can be clearly understood by my audience.
Executives – My challenge is the board of directors, the board! I struggle to persuade them to see issues from my point of view. I struggle to express my point. I want to be able to persuade.
Sales Agents – Convincing the buyer to see the value of my product is the biggest challenge that I face. If I could win in that aspect I know my sales figures will soar.
Experienced Speakers – I know it’s hard to admit that there are some things you can learn and I know it’s hard to admit you aren’t making the money you think you should. Well, I won’t tell anyone you’re working with me…It will be our secret.
